Ball mill debugging should confirm whether to meet the debugging conditions, empty running and load running, check the status of various aspects of the equipment and so on.
1, check whether the ball mill meets the following debugging conditions Is the

The strength of the equipment foundation concrete and the strength of the secondary grouting concrete should reach the strength grade of the design requirements;
PLC control system, temperature meter and pressure gauge of ball mill can be put in reliably.
Ball mill equipment installation completed, grinding workshop system is complete;
There is no garbage and debris in the surrounding environment of the equipment, and the scaffolding shall be removed;
Ensure complete water power, electricity and communication facilities;
Ensure smooth channel, convenient for operators to pass smoothly;
Ensure that the surrounding environment is free from inflammable and explosive objects that are easy to cause safety accidents, and equipped with corresponding fire protection facilities to guard against accidents;
Ensure that the lubrication dose used in the operation of the ball mill is enough;
2. Check the ball mill before debugging The inspection work should be careful to keep the equipment in good condition. Details are as follows:
The fan-shaped block and bearing bush of the lower bearing seat should be calibrated with the center line; Main and pinion gears are calibrated according to instructions.
The fan-shaped block of the lower bearing seat, the bottom plate of the pinion, the bottom frame of the main gear and the bottom frame of the motor are completely grouting, and the grouting intensity meets the design strength requirements.
All anchor bolts, connection bolts and anchor bolts for the main gear should be tightened. The fixing bolts of the big gear should be tightened according to the specified torque.
The bearing bush should be installed on the fan-shaped block of the bearing seat according to the rotation direction of the ball mill; Bearing bush is corrected according to axial guide ring; The bearing seat seal is installed correctly and the joint point is sealed with sealant.
Ball mill all lubrication points in accordance with the lubrication requirements of sufficient; Good lighting for lubricating oil station, bearing, reducer and motor.
Pipes and hoses are installed in the correct order, and in accordance with the assembly instructions, no blockage of the pipes; Inlet and outlet hopper joints are well sealed.
The
Temperature Sensor is installed in the bearing bush and has been electrically tested. The sensor head is in good contact with the metal.
Ensure that monitoring equipment is properly connected; Flow monitor, pressure switch and temperature sensor set; Reliable indication of oil pressure gauge, thermometer, accident button and interlocking device.
Prepare the necessary tools in advance: thermometer, vibration meter, listening stick, intercom, test run record form.
3. The ball mill is running empty The motor should first run for 2 hours under the condition of no load of the ball mill. During this period, the correct rotation direction of the motor and the normal and reliable operation of the accident button should be ensured to ensure safety.
If the motor runs normally when idling, then idling with reducer for 2 hours.
Connect reducer and pinion coupling, install protective cover, start lubricating oil system or cooling water system. Power on the ball mill, after normal rotation, press the accident button to stop, and check the main bearing, motor, size of gear, judge whether the ball mill rotation direction is correct, if there is no abnormal situation, start the ball mill for 8 hours.
During the trial run, to check the ball mill bearing seal heating, lubricating oil temperature pressure, temperature is best controlled between 40-50℃, if there is abnormal, immediately stop cooling; After the operation, check the distribution of force between the size of the gear, should be greater than 70%.
When running empty, if the lubricating oil system works normally and no oil leakage occurs, the ball mill runs smoothly and without obvious noise, the vibration value of main bearing, motor and pinion does not exceed 0.1mm, and there is no obvious damage and hot phenomenon of each part, then the running of empty car is normal.
4, ball mill with load test According to the ratio of the ball mill, a certain amount of steel balls are added to the cylinder body of the ball mill, and the steel balls are added in batches. In the process of operation, bearing temperature, current, and vibration intensity are measured. After the ball mill is installed, start to run with load, add 70% of the specified load into the mill materials, continue to run for more than 10 hours, during the process to tighten the ball mill inner thread joint and check the thread connection place frequently to prevent loosening.
When operating with load, the ball mill should meet the following requirements: the vibration of each part is not more than 0.1mm, the current of the motor has no abnormal fluctuation, the operation process is stable, the noise is small, the connecting bolt is fastened, and the cylinder body is well sealed.
