1. Poor flotation effect and high tailing loss This situation may be caused by the fact that the grinding fineness of the material in the flotation machine is not up to the standard or the dosage problem of flotation reagent. If the fineness of grinding can not reach the target, the fineness of grinding should be appropriately improved, and the number of grinding sections can be increased, or the way of stage grinding can be treated.
If the flotation reagent dosage problem occurs, the flotation reagent should be tested to determine the dosage and index of flotation reagent. For example, for a copper-cobalt oxide ore in Congo, the main copper minerals are malachite and cobalt minerals are hydrocobalt. In order to improve the flotation effect, sodium hydride and ammonia sulfide are mixed at a ratio of 1 to 1 after the test to improve the flotation effect.
2. The Flotation Cell foam is large and the surface is reflective When large foam appears in the flotation tank and the surface reflects light, the possible reason is that too much flotation reagent is added. At this time, the operator should adjust the dosage of flotation reagent appropriately to observe whether the flotation foam condition is improved.
3. The liquid level of single flotation cell is on the high side The high liquid level of a single flotation tank may be caused by the blockage of the suction pipe. At this time, the operator needs to stop the suction pipe to clean it.
4. The Scraper blows out foam with a large amount of pulp, and the foam layer is thin and fragile There are four possible reasons for this situation: first, the overflow concentration is too thin; second, the position of the level control plate is too high; third, the slurry overflow concentration is too strong, which will also lead to coarse running and serious sand settling; fourth, the dosage of inhibitor and regulator is too large, which makes it impossible to produce appropriate foam. In this case, the operator should first observe the situation, control the pulp concentration and fineness, and pay attention to control the dosage of adjusting agent and inhibitor.
5, local liquid surface flower The phenomenon of turn-over on the liquid surface of the tank indicates that the slurry foam layer is unstable. It may be that the cover plate is not evenly installed, resulting in uneven clearance. When one side is large and the other side is small, the phenomenon of turn-over will occur on the side with large clearance. It is also possible that the stator is falling off and the residual pulp flows unevenly at the bottom. The last possibility is a loose pipe joint. These three cases are caused by flotation machine failure, the operator needs to inform the machine repair treatment in time.
6, ore grout level falling The fall of ore slurry level may be caused by too coarse grinding fineness, increased processing capacity, or insufficient dosage of reagents. This can be done by adjusting the grinding classification, reducing the amount of ore to be fed, or adjusting the dosage appropriately.
7.Bubbling, foam tank ore accumulation Generally speaking, there are several reasons for this situation: too much ore feeding, too much aeration, blockage in the middle box and the level control board, insufficient pulp suction capacity of the suction tank, too small flushing water pressure, etc. In these cases, the liquid level adjustment plate jam is the most likely to cause grit, should minimize level adjustment plate, dredge clogs, necessary to open the bottom valve, make the slurry flow and check whether your and acid pipe blocked, at the same time should be proven to ore and overflow concentration, timely find out the reason, and timely adjust to ore according to reason or other factors.
8. There is no pulp in the tail dc slot, the scraper is serious and the overflow fineness runs thick When this phenomenon occurs, the operator should stop the mine first, and then open the bottom flow valve at the bottom of the tank, and then feed the ore and plug the bottom flow valve when the pulp flow returns to normal. At the same time, attention should be paid to control the thickness and fineness of the pulp.
